How do you ship my order?

If you live in the USA, we ship your order out from Point Roberts in Washington via USPS. Generally there is a 1 business day handling time for us to process your order. Usually takes 4-6 business days for orders to arrive in most United States locations. For orders of 5 products or more, your shipping is automatically upgraded to Priority Mail which will take 2-3 business days to arrive.

If you live in Canada, we ship your order out from our warehouse in Richmond BC via Canada Post. Generally there is a 1 business day handling time for us to process your order. Normally take 4-6 business days for orders to arrive in most Canadian metropolitan locations.

If your head office is in Canada, how come you deal in US dollars?

Most of our customers are from the United States and it is easier to just keep the denomination in US dollars.

Where are your false eyelashes made?
